At Hair By Kendy, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave. Please take a moment to review our policy


All services are non-refundable. We make every attempt to make sure that you're satisfied with your service. It begins with a consultation so that both the stylist and client are clear on what is desired and how much it will cost before any work begins. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the outcome or if there is something you'd like us to adjust, please let us know before you leave your appointment. No adjustments after.   

Late Arrivals

All appointments are scheduled in the manner and end accordingly so that the next client is not delayed. If a client is more than 15 minutes late from the scheduled appointment we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel.
